Hosting a site means someone is leasing space (web space) to you. In this case, we also maintain your site; making corrections and changing material/images as instructed by you. Some do their hosting with thier ISP (Internet Service Provider - AOL, AngelFire, VOM, to name a few). So they pay $15-20 per month (or more) for thier Internet connection then an additional fee for site hosting. These ISP's do NOT service/maintain your site, they only provide the space for your site to reside.
